# How do I add a profile picture to my COOL Media Commenting account?

## Easily add your own picture to accompany your commenting account wherever you comment.

Personalizing your COOL Media profile with a profile picture is a great way to stand out in the commenting community. Follow these steps to update your profile picture:

**1.** Access your COOL Media Profile by clicking on your username within the Commenting Unit, and then clicking "**View My Profile**" in the window that appears below:

**2.** Click on the "**Settings**" button located on your profile page:

**3**. Find your current avatar and click on the "**Edit**" button near it to change your picture:

**4**. You can now either drag and drop a new picture into the designated area or browse your device to select and upload a new image. Please ensure the file is in JPG or PNG format:

**5**. Once the image is uploaded, you'll have the option to resize it to your liking. After adjusting, click on the "**Crop and Save**" button to finalize your new profile picture:
